Tips for Complaints
Please print out the return overview which you can find there for your order and enclose it to your return.
If the article is faulty or was damaged during the shipping process:
In case of defects we will take back the article and we will send you a replacement or a credit. Please notice that all replacements have to be paid until we have a decision for your complaint. The refund amount is the cost of the products which is not include the shipping and installation cost.
For a return, please enter a detailed error description in the provided.
Please send all parts which was included in our delivery. We would be also grateful if you could use the original packaging provided by the manufacturer, and this place in a carton.
Important documents for processing your complaint:
Please fill in the complaint request completely, then print them 3 times and sign it. (One copy to be kept for your records)
A copy of the sales receipt
If the documents are incomplete, it may delay the processing of your complaint application significantly
If you received the wrong item
In this case, we will send you the right article as soon as possible.
To ensure that your return will arrive safely at our warehouse and we will be able to assign the package to your order, please be so kind as to respect the following points.
For orders from countries other than China the return costs must be borne by our customers in advance.
Please do not send unstamped packages back to us as the origin and the content of such packets is unknown at the time of acceptance for us.
Customers from countries other than China will be refunded "COST OF PRODUCTS" for returned packages in the following case:
We sent you a wrong or defective item (see complaints).

All new parts should be in the original manufacturer's packaging and in a re-salable condition. Please DO NOT use the original packaging as the shipping container, always use a sturdy outer packing. Otherwise, 10% for repackaging of the
manufacturer must be passed on to you.
Please note that the return of packages takes a couple of days for delivery and our return of goods requires some processing time.
All payments done by the Lusmall are depending on the payment method you have chosen.
When is a withdrawal excluded?
Damaged goods or already assembled goods are non-returnable.
The seal of the brake pads packaging must not be broken.
The seal of the control units packaging must not be broken.
Our service for you
As an additional service we offer you beyond the statutory right of withdrawal, the possibility of a return within 30 days of purchase.
Examples for return:
For electronic components, especially for control units please check that you have bought the correct item before removing the packaging or installing the item - because if you have the goods unsealed, we can not take the item back. For
this reason, you should compare necessarily the original manufacturer numbers before you open the article.
Please also make sure that the manufacturer labels, warranty cards and stickers remain on the product if you wish to return it. Please keep the original packaging until you have decided not to make use of your right of revocation.
For spare car parts, it is understood that you have to take this out of the package to determine the fit, size, etc.. However, please make sure that you examine this only in the form of how you would do it in a retail store, carefully
open the packaging and hold the item for comparison to the defective component. Incorporation of the new article should not be made if you have the intention to return the item to us. Otherwise, we can not take the item back or you may
have to pay compensation.
Please note for the return of old parts that they are capable of repair and no relevant parts are missing or are not repairable, such as by rust, cracks, etc. Details on the acceptance of old parts can be found here.
If you are returning a complaint to us, please make sure that you send the defective items with full supporting documentation to us. Otherwise, it may result in significant delays in processing your claim.
